St. Lawrence County Assisted Outpatient Treatment/Transition Management

Services Offered:
Evaluation for appropriateness for Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT). AOT is a court order for certain individuals with mental illness to comply with their outpatient treatment plan. When Assisted Outpatient Treatment does not seem appropriate, we make and effort to facilitate a formal treatment agreement with individuals.
