Massena Waterfront Revitalization Project

The County Planning Office is working with the Town of Massena, the Village of Massena, and the Town of Louisville to prepare a Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP).  The Massena-Louisville LWRP Committee wants to make sure that the Inventory and Analysis section of the plan is complete and that the proposed Waterfront Revitalization Boundary makes sense.  Public input is welcomed.
