Our  Mission

Encouraging the appropriate use of our resources--our natural environment as well as our human and financial resources. Planning for constructive change in St. Lawrence County. Promoting improvement in government and the way in which it delivers services. Being a reliable and accurate source of information and technical assistance, primarily for the governments and the public of St. Lawrence county.

Provide research and support services to the County Board of Legislators and other departments. Provide staffing services for the County Planning Board and Environmental Management Council. Provide technical assistance to local governments, including preparing grant applications. Assist businesses, agencies and individuals with census and other data and information.
