St. Lawrence County residents of all ages can benefit from home health care provided by the St. Lawrence County Public Health Department. How can I be sure this is a quality service?
Since 1936 the St. Lawrence County Public Health has been serving the residents of St. Lawrence County. The Department’s Certified Home Care Agency meets or exceeds federal and state regulations. Our highly educated and experienced Health Team works closely with physicians to provide a full range of health care services in the home. Am I eligible? If you receive Medicare, Medicaid, or have Private Health Insurance, fees may be covered in part or in full. For service not covered by insurance, charges are based on your income and a sliding fee scale is available. When are you available?
