Program Goal
To support and promote the development of those infants and toddlers who have special needs related to developmental delays and to enhance the capacity of their families to meet their needs. Eligibility
Children may receive Early Intervention Program (EI) services if they are age birth to three and meet eligibility criteria for developmental delay, or a diagnosed physical or mental condition that has a high probability of resulting in a developmental delay (in one or more of the developmental areas of: physical; cognitive; communication; social-emotional or adaptive). Description Any one can refer a child under three years of age to the EI Program. EI services available to eligible children and their families may include:
