Brief Description of Services:

The Staff Development Unit is responsible to train staff through orientation, specific job training program for each new employee as well as coordinate the continuing education of all staff. Such responsibility extends from the registration of individuals in local and state sponsored training programs and coordinating in-service training to working with agency management to develop long term staff development goals.
