Robert G. Andrews, Jr.
Chairman
Robert G. Andrews, Jr. is a Dairy Farmer from Fowler, NY. His dairy consists of 90 Registered Holstein and 70 young stock. Bob farms 817 acres with 345 tillable on a farm that has been in the family since 1930.

He has served 8 years as Chairman of the St. Lawrence County Soil & Water Conservation District Board of Directors.

Bob is very proud of the accomplishments of the Soil & Water Conservation District and looks forward to the future  

Edwin Hadlock
Vice-Chair
Edwin Hadlock lives in Hammond, NY. He is a retired dairy farmer and serves as Vice Chairman of the St. Lawrence County Soil & Water Conservation District Board of Directors. Ed is the Grange representative on the board.

David Martin
Treasurer
David Martin is a Dairy Farmer from the Town of Fowler. He has been farming for 35 years and has 621 acres with 240 tillable. The farm also consists of woodlands and two creeks.

He serves as the Farm Bureau representative to the Board.

Clark Decker
Clark Decker is a dairy farmer from the Town of Stockholm. His farm consists of 700 acres and they are presently milking 150 cows, on the farm that has been in his family since 1849 (160 years).

He is serving as a Member-at-Large on the Board of Directors. 

Frederick Morrill
Frederick Morrill is a former dairy farmer who lives in the Town of DeKalb. He and his wife Anita own and provide boarding for horses on their 340 acre farm. Fred is employed as Financial Controller at St. Lawrence Zinc Company in Gouverneur.

Fred is one of the St. Lawrence County Legislator representatives to the Soil & Water Conservation District Board of Directors.
 

Thomas Nichols

Thomas Nichols is a Public Relations Coordinator and Lay Pastor. He lives near Ogdensburg on the Black Lake Road.

Thomas Nichols is a Member-at-Large and has been a St. Lawrence County Soil and Water Conservation District representative since 1994. He is also the New York Association of Conservation District (NYACD) second Vice President.


Thomas Grow

Thomas R. Grow has been a County Legislator for the last 11 years.  He was born and raised on a farm in the Town of Brasher and still lives there.  He worked twenty years for the St. Lawrence County Department of Highways and ten years for the NYS Power Authority, retiring in 1990.

Thomas Grow is a St. Lawrence County Legislator representative to the Soil & Water Conservation District Board of Directors.
